The Choose Kind Club is based out of Atholton High School. Our goal is to advocate and bring awareness to craniofacial differences.

What We Are About

why we were started

Our main goal of the club is to fundraise for the Children's Craniofacial Association, also known as the CCA. (https://ccakids.org) The CCA has an annual retreat for all of the kids to get together and make new friends. This is the children's favorite weekend of the year. We would like to support the CCA for all they do, and help the retreats get better every year.

Our president, Sarah Fishkind, has started this club because she has bicornal craniosynostosis. This summer, she had her second surgery. Unfortunately, she needed this surgery because of pressure on her brain. Sarah attended a CCA retreat, and was so inspired by the children's stories,  she decided she wanted to do something to help them. Thus, The Choose Kind Club was created.
